The TEXO Distinguished Building Awards recognized two Skiles Group healthcare projects with Merit Awards during the 2025 Distinguished Building Awards Gala held at Stature Aviation in Dallas.
The honored projects included Methodist Health System’s Methodist Celina Medical Center Hospital & Professional Office Building and Baylor Scott & White’s Roberts Tower Revitalization at Baylor University Medical Center, Phase One.
Presented annually by TEXO The Construction Association, the Distinguished Building Awards recognize excellence in commercial construction across North Texas. Projects are evaluated on difficulty in construction, unusual construction techniques, final appearance and quality, timeliness of completion, and safety performance.
These recognitions reflect the collaboration, dedication, and expertise of the owners, design partners, trade partners, and Skiles Group project teams who helped bring each project to life.
Representatives from Skiles Group attended the awards gala to accept the honors on behalf of the project teams and clients. Team members in attendance included Miles Robinson, Michelle Davis, Jonathan Collins, Michael Blakemore, Jake Pechauer, Sean Hughes, Justin Davis, Katayoun (Kattie) Mokhtarzadeh, Ryan Pence, Erick Rios, Thomas Hardy, Dara Davulcu, Michael Knapp, Alex Chow, and Jeanne Robinson.
The Methodist Celina Medical Center Hospital & Professional Office Building project supports the growing healthcare needs of the Celina community through expanded access to modern medical services and patient-centered care environments.
The Baylor Scott & White Roberts Tower Revitalization at Baylor University Medical Center, Phase One, focused on revitalizing critical healthcare infrastructure while supporting ongoing operations within an active medical campus.
Skiles Group congratulates all project partners, clients, and fellow award recipients recognized during the 2025 TEXO Distinguished Building Awards Gala.
