Skiles Group CEO Keyan Zandy has received D CEO’s 2026 Intentional Leadership Award, part of the magazine’s Leadership Excellence Awards program.
A healthy culture doesn’t happen by accident. It takes thought, intention, and a commitment to the people who make a company what it is. That conviction shapes how Keyan leads our team and how he encourages more open conversations about mental health throughout the construction industry.
In its recognition, D CEO highlighted his approach to balancing high expectations with care for employees as people. The profile noted Skiles Group’s free therapy for employees and their families, unlimited PTO, and open conversations about mental health. It also recognized his work beyond our company to reduce stigma and help construction professionals become better leaders.
For us, this recognition reflects a belief that guides our work: there’s a better way to build. That includes building a workplace grounded in trust, clarity, and accountability, where people know their well-being matters.
