Clay Harrison

CEO

Clay generates corporate growth and opportunity, and guides the company’s strategic direction.

He embodies and reflects Skiles Group’s overarching commitment to its clients, industry partners, and employees by prioritizing and promoting the benefits of collaboration, safety, and quality assurance. He emphasizes a continued commitment to technological advancement and innovation, and leads the company’s goals to improve the delivery process via the integration of lean construction and lean project planning initiatives

Dwayne Hodges

President

Dwayne is responsible for identifying prospective clients and new projects. He also assists in preconstruction services by making sure we provide our clients with timely information on construction cost and project durations. Dwayne stays involved with clients from the beginning until completion to ensure a successful project that achieves the owner’s objectives

Keyan Zandy

Chief Operating Officer

Keyan provides leadership by developing the processes and organizational structure necessary to achieve our client’s objectives. His training and experience in Lean Construction provide him with a multi-dimensional understanding of the most efficient way to achieve our clients’ project goals. Keyan provides direction and guidance to the entire project team, offering expertise in project management, scheduling, and estimating.

Michael Blakemore

Senior Vice President

Michael plans, directs, and oversees Skiles Group’s daily operations with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and championing a culture of continuous improvement. He is responsible for Skiles Group’s services for clients and projects located throughout the country. Michael provides strategic leadership and direction for all construction services, including scheduling, feasibility planning, constructability, and construction implementation. He provides support to the firm’s team of professionals, including mentoring and fostering an environment of growth and learning.

Brent Brown

Vice President, Preconstruction

Brent oversees the preconstruction department and is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction during the preconstruction phase of our projects, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and appropriate resources are allocated, and working with Operations to establish a construction schedule and the constructability of the project.
