What does this mean? For starters, it means we value honesty and integrity – with each other, with our trade partners, and with our clients. We give respect and show equity to everyone we work with, and when given a choice we will choose to do what’s right over what’s easy or advantageous. This is the most important thing about us.
We also put a lot of emphasis on teamwork – listening, contributing, guiding, and learning. We respond to emails quickly, we help others get what they need to do their work, and we offer to lend a hand when it’s needed. But above all, we care deeply about serving our clients, and we will bend over backwards to make their projects easier for them.
And we’re continuously looking for new and better ways to do things. It’s normal for us to bring a dozen people together to talk through improvements for a process, or for one person to introduce a new tool or software that we’ll try to see if it’s worth investing in. We don’t leave things alone – we poke, we question, we wonder “what if?” We enjoy change; we experiment, and we love technology.
