Summary
The new Endoscopy Suite at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, transforms a former Emergency Department into more than 16,000 square feet of purpose-built procedural space designed to enhance patient care, improve operational flow, and support future growth.
The renovation included the creation of a new covered canopy entrance at the lower level with direct access to the parking garage, providing a more convenient and accessible arrival experience for patients and visitors.
Inside, the suite features a new waiting and registration area, 13 patient bays, an isolation room, and six multidisciplinary procedure rooms supporting Endoscopy, Fluoroscopy, and Bronchoscopy services. The redesigned layout improves patient movement, staff efficiency, and overall care delivery while providing a modern healthcare environment.
Completing the project within an active hospital required detailed planning, phased construction, and close coordination with hospital leadership, staff, and trade partners. From demolition through final turnover, the project team worked to minimize disruptions while maintaining a safe environment for patients, caregivers, and visitors.
The completed Endoscopy Suite expands procedural capacity while providing Baylor Scott & White with a modern, patient-centered space designed to support high-quality care for years to come.
