Texas Health Resources Huguley recently broke ground on the Lonestar Orthopaedic and Spine Institute. This new 65,000 SF medical office building is designed with the patient experience front and center—from imaging and physical therapy on the first floor, to clinic and office space on level two, to a third-floor ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms and a procedure room. Every square foot is focused on ease of care, recovery, and smart use of advanced technology.
We appreciated sharing the moment with Dr. Gurpreet Bajaj and his physician partners, along with Penny Johnson, President & CEO of Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South; John Brown, Administrative Director of Musculoskeletal & Neuroscience Services, AdventHealth Southwest Region; Sean Lemon, SVP & Chief Strategy and Network Integration Officer, AdventHealth Southwest Region; and Trevor Wright, FACHE, President & CEO, AdventHealth Southwest Region.
The full project team includes Hoefer Welker (Architecture & MEP Engineering), TNP (Civil & Landscape), Bob D. Campbell & Company (Structural Engineering), IMEG (Technology & Fire Protection), MedDevelopment (Owner’s Rep), and our project team—Jordan Rodriguez, Arturo Isaac Torres, Jeff Witte, Corbin DeShong, and Ryan Pence.
