Skiles Group Wins Award for Mental Health Construction Video

December 16, 2025

Marketing matters most when what you’re sharing helps people feel seen, understood, and connected to something bigger than the next milestone or ribbon-cutting.

That’s exactly what TEXO | The Construction Association’s “Cut Through The Noise Award” was created to recognize: the companies that set the gold standard for marketing in our industry. Not for being the loudest, but for using powerful storytelling, anchored in real purpose, to move the industry forward.

This year, Skiles Group was honored with that award for our mental health advocacy video, which focuses on raising awareness and encouraging conversation about mental health in construction. Receiving recognition for a marketing effort centered on something this meaningful makes the honor especially impactful.

Mental health is an important and often overlooked topic in our industry. From long hours to high-pressure environments, the realities of construction can take a toll, and these are conversations that matter on our jobsites and within our teams. These stories and messages are important to our industry, our jobsites, and the people who show up every day to build.

Having TEXO recognize this work reinforces the idea that purposeful, people-first storytelling has a place in construction and can help drive real impact.

🎥 About the Award-Winning Video
