Texas Health Midlothian recently reached a major construction milestone as the final structural beam was placed atop the new Texas Health Resources Texas Health Neighborhood Care & Wellness Midlothian facility. The topping out celebration recognized the project team and trade partners whose commitment, coordination, and craftsmanship have carried the project from foundation to structure.
Following the project’s topping out, our team (Michael Knapp, Phillip Rose, Imanol Hernandez, Andy Garcia, Jose Mendez, and Mario Delgado) gathered with trade partners to recognize the work, coordination, and commitment that have carried this project from foundation to structure. Safety Lead Andy Middleton and project team members shared a few words of thanks during the event, recognizing the focus on safety, quality, and steady progress that helped bring the project to this point. The day also gave the team a chance to step away from the pace of the jobsite, share a meal, and celebrate the trades whose work is shaping this facility.
Thank you to our trade partners—Advanced Fire Protection, Ennis Steel, G&L Plumbing, Hatfield Drywall, JP Painting, JPR Concrete, Prism Electric, Universal Glass, Vaden Plastering and Masonry, and Venture Mechanical—for the hard work, craftsmanship, and coordination that continue to move this project forward.
