Skiles Group Hosts Ripple Intent’s Dallas Breakfast Club

April 29, 2025

We recently hosted the Dallas Breakfast Club organized by Ripple Intent—an interactive event where professionals came together to explore leadership, culture, and connection through meaningful dialogue.

Ripple Intent is a nonprofit run entirely by volunteers, dedicated to transforming how people collaborate and lead. Since its creation in 2012, the organization—founded by Kyle Majchrowski (Banner Health), Mike Wood (Impact Consulting LLC), and Scott Perala (Turner & Townsend Heery)—has helped more than 12,000 construction leaders improve team dynamics and workplace culture.

Like Ripple Intent, we believe that continuous improvement begins with people—with how we show up for each other and the conversations that move us forward. Better conversations build better teams, better projects, and a better industry. We’ll keep showing up for the conversations that move our industry forward. Want to join the conversation? Follow Ripple Intent on LinkedIn or check out their website at rippleintent.org.
