At Skiles Group, supporting our people is just as important as building great projects. During Mental Health Awareness Month in construction, we took time to focus on wellness, connection, and supporting one another across our team.
Throughout the week, team members took time to step away from their desks and jobsites to participate in activities designed to promote both physical and mental well-being. From guided stretch-and-movement sessions outdoors to hands-on creative activities and shared meals, the goal was simple: to create space to reset, connect, and recharge.
These moments matter. In an industry that often moves fast and demands focus, taking time to prioritize mental health helps strengthen not only individuals but entire teams.
Mental Health Awareness Month (MHAM) is a reminder that support doesn’t have to be complicated—it can start with a conversation, a shared experience, or simply making time for one another.
We’re proud of the team for showing up, supporting each other, and continuing to build a culture where people come first.
