We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Coryell Health’s new 27,920 SF freestanding medical office building in Waco, Texas, which includes a clinic, physical therapy, & imaging, and will expand medical services for Coryell Health, which serves Central Texas.
Coryell Health’s CEO, David Byrom; COO, Clinton Black; and several members of the staff and board of directors were present. David Byrom kicked off the event with remarks, and then they ceremonially turned over a little dirt, with several staff members and doctors from the new clinic in attendance.
The project team includes: architects from Grace Design Studios – formerly GHC|Orcutt Winslow (Tom Curtis and Jeffery Billman); construction managers from Cumming Group (Sterling Hill and Mason Alan), and our Skiles Group team members (Brent R. Brown, Gilbert McBrien, and Frank Gelormini).
