5-story professional office building to the existing Professional Building 1 on the Texas Health Resources Southwest Fort Worth campus. Adjacent to the new POB2 is an associated 5-level attached parking garage to house 398 vehicles (358 regular, 40 handicapped).
The full project scope encompassed the finish-out of the first three floors, which included an endoscopy clinic on the first floor, orthopedic outpatient surgery center on the second, and doctor’s offices on the third.
