Summary
The Methodist Celina campus represents a milestone for one of the fastest-growing communities in the United States: its first full-service hospital and professional office building. The project delivered a 200,000 SF, four-story acute care hospital bed tower with 118 beds across patient types—standard, med/surg, ICU, ER, and L&D; three operating rooms; two procedure rooms; a catheterization lab, women’s, cardiovascular, cancer, and orthopedic care; a helipad; and a two-story central plant.
Alongside the hospital, a 45,000 SF, two-story professional office building provides space for affiliated physicians and outpatient services, supported by surface parking, detention pond, and landscaped campus improvements.
More than just a building project, Methodist Celina has been called a “game changer” for the community, bringing life-saving care closer to home in an area where patients previously faced long ambulance rides to distant facilities.
