Summary
Renovation of Pavilion 1 Medical Office Building to provide new spaces for the onsite property management team and an upgrade to the overall look of the building, landscaping features, and common areas. Work consisted of roof replacement, exterior upgrades to canopy, curtainwall, EIFS and paint, landscaping, and signage, interior buildout of four new suites, upgrades to corridors, tenant entry doors, public restrooms, elevator lobbies, elevator finishes, and flooring, and replacing four AHUs, electrical distribution, and new energy management system.
The Healthpeak Arlington Pavilion project demonstrates how a comprehensive medical office renovation can modernize tenant spaces, common areas, building systems, and exterior features while creating a more functional environment for occupants and visitors.
