Summary
The expansion to Cook Children’s Health Care System’s Pediatrics in Allen is complete and ready to better serve the children and families in the local community. This project’s scope entailed expanding the existing facility from 1,800 SF to 4,100 SF to add eight exam rooms, installing two RTUs to service the new square footage, expanding the staff breakroom, adding a touch-down room, and providing more storage space.
