Seth Harrison, Thomas Hardy, and Keyan Zandy had a fantastic time making connections, presenting, sharing ideas, and expanding their Lean knowledge at the Lean Construction Institute (US)’s 2024 LCI Congress in San Diego, CA. Several of our other team members also attended to learn and find ways that we can keep driving our Lean practices forward!
We presented two sessions that were both well received and near standing-room only:
- Thomas Hardy and Seth Harrison presented on “Live Lab 2: Daily Huddles and Manpower Boards” — a hands-on session that showed attendees how to run effective daily huddles, a cornerstone of Lean leadership in the field. Why are daily huddles so powerful? They align your team, streamline communication, and drive real-time problem-solving — helping your project run smoother and smarter.
- Thomas Hardy, Seth Harrison, and Keyan Zandy presented an “Intro to the Last Planner System®, Builders’ Edition” — an interactive session that provided attendees with an easy-to-follow blueprint and implementation plan to lead their team and dramatically improve their project delivery process.
Our team looks forward to seeing everyone at next year’s event. And, we’re thrilled to welcome attendees to Texas as the 2025 LCI Congress is set to take place in Arlington, Texas with co-chairs Keyan Zandy and Jennifer Lacy (Robins & Morton).
