Three Skiles Group projects were recognized with 2025 Distinguished Building Awards (DBA) by TEXO North Texas Chapter.
The DBAs recognize projects that showcase outstanding construction execution, including advanced building techniques, high-quality craftsmanship, and a strong focus on safety and on-time delivery. We’re honored to have played a role in delivering these innovative spaces to their communities and to see the work recognized among the best in construction.
1. Methodist Richardson Medical Center 5th Floor Expansion (Richardson, Texas)
By transforming 50,000 SF of unused shell space, the expansion added 75 patient beds across three specialized units: a critical care unit, a universal care unit, and a medical-surgical unit. Designed to enhance the hospital’s ability to deliver exceptional care, the renovated space ensures patients receive the attention they need in a modern, purpose-built environment.

2. Greenhill Levy Middle School Renovation (Addison, Texas)
Completed just in time to welcome back students this past August, the 31,000 SF renovation transformed the school with fresh finishes, updated infrastructure, and enhanced spaces for both students and staff. The project included new carpet, lockers, and paint, an upgraded data network, a refreshed staff lounge, and the addition of the Student Success Center—a key space designed to support student learning and growth.

3. Children’s Dallas Employee Wellness Center (Dallas, Texas)
Designed as a sanctuary for healthcare workers, the Wellness Center is a first-of-its-kind recharge space to support the well-being of those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. The facility features a calming environment with nature-inspired design, a fully equipped gym, dedicated recharge rooms, and state-of-the-art relaxation amenities—all carefully built to bring the vision to life.
