We’ve been so busy with a variety of activities as we observe Mental Health Awareness Month—but none have been as ripe for photo ops as this one…
That’s right, we did GOAT YOGA. (And yes, it was exactly as ridiculous and joyful as it sounds.) We stretched, we laughed, we dodged hooves—and afterwards, we calmed our chakras with a relevant documentary watch party and some hot pizza.
Big shoutout to our fearless team members who donned stretchy pants and hugged a goat or three: Shelby McEntire, Becky Blank, Rebecca Smolik, Jean Robinson, Lillian Puente, Ana Melecio Patino, Kamie Harrison, Russell Jones, Andrew Middleton, Brian Webster, and Parham Adibpour.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re proud to be part of the national conversation alongside NAMI, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and Mental Health America—reminding ourselves and each other that well-being matters, and sometimes the best thing for therapy has four feet.
