Summary
Renovation of the old behavioral wing of the hospital to create 10 new Med/Surg patient rooms each with its own bathroom, plus a new staff lounge, nurses’ station, medication room, clean and soiled holdings, and a storage room. The 10-month project required work both above and below the 5th floor, including 4 ½ months of underfloor work that took 7 phases to complete, all while the facility was operational.
