Summary
Finish-out on the second floor of an occupied medical office building to create three MRI suites, staff break and restrooms, dressing rooms, a reception area, and a conference room. This project’s scope also included new mechanical roof equipment with individual split systems for the new MRI equipment and the creation of three six-sided copper shielding boxes for the MRIs, which required the deconstruction and reconstruction of an existing, operational ASC.
