Summary
This three-phase, 54,000-SF, two-story project was built over 18 months and delivered one month early. The construction project occurred atop an active, at-capacity hospital and emergency room (a Level III Trauma Center). With 107,574 man-hours worked, our team added 12,000 SF of space to treat patients—housing 15 patient suites and a trauma unit (consisting of five ICU rooms)—plus another 42,000 SF of space to accommodate the hospital’s new pharmacy, laboratory, and other future services. The project scope also included the addition of three AHUs, an Automatic Transfer Switch, and an elevator. Using a phased approach, our team delivered 12 patient rooms six months earlier.
