Tenant finish-out for a new Ambulatory Surgery Center comprised of three ORs, three G.I. Procedure Rooms, Sterile Processing Department, 24 Pre-Op Bays, and two Private Pre-Op Rooms. The surgery center is connected to a new 60,000 SF Specialty Care Center MOB.
