Michael plans, directs, and oversees Skiles Group’s daily operations with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and championing a culture of continuous improvement. He is responsible for Skiles Group’s services for clients and projects located throughout the country by providing risk management, strategic leadership, and direction for all construction services, including scheduling, feasibility planning, constructability, and construction implementation.
