Michael leads the corporate functions that support Skiles Group’s daily operations and long-term growth, with a focus on strengthening internal processes and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across all projects. He is responsible for areas including legal, risk management, insurance, bonding, compliance, IT security, safety, and quality. Michael also continues to support key clients by providing oversight on complex programs and helping navigate challenges related to contracting, risk, and project delivery.
