Long before ribbons are cut and final photos are taken, our field teams are out there making it happen. And so, every February, we send oatmeal-raisin reinforcements. And the chocolate chip kind. Accompanied by the snickerdoodle sort.
We call it “Skilesentine’s Day”—a little tradition we look forward to every year. Appreciation disguised as cookies travels to jobsite trailers across Texas to Plano, Addison, Richardson, Grapevine, Dallas, Midlothian, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Burleson, Gatesville, College Station, Olney, and even as far as Denver, Colorado. Some are hand-delivered, others show up by delivery, but all arrive in batches packed with our thanks and just enough sugar to power an afternoon punch list.
