Our work for The Tom Landry Fitness Center project has received a Distinguished Building Award from TEXO The Construction Association!
This extensive interior renovation project comprised 9,463 SF of the main public space of the existing medical office building/fitness center and the infill of the 2nd floor of the Landry Center to allow for future tenant build-out of levels two and three. Areas that were renovated include the exterior canopies, atrium and lobby, restrooms, elevator cabs, and elevator lobby on the ground floor, and hallways, restrooms, and elevator lobbies on five other floors.
