BUDDY BRUMLEY LEGACY AWARD: Ross Brindle
Each year, we recognize an individual who truly reflects the heart of our company. The Legacy Award honors those who built the foundation of Skiles Group, and celebrates those who continue to build upon it. It represents our appreciation for the hard work and integrity that define our past and points toward those who will carry that legacy forward.
Chosen by their peers, recipients of the Legacy Award stand out for their consistent commitment to our Core Values:

This year, the award was renamed to honor the memory and legacy of Buddy Brumley, a beloved longtime Skiles Group team member and past Legacy Award recipient. Buddy embodied everything this award stands for, and his impact continues to guide and inspire us.
For 2025, the Buddy Brumley Legacy Award goes to Ross Brindle—a teammate who reflects the best of who and what we are, past, present, and future.
SAFETY STAR AWARD: Seth Harrison
At Skiles Group, safety is a shared responsibility—something we all take seriously to protect each other and the people around us. Each year, we recognize one individual whose leadership, innovation, and initiative have made a meaningful impact on our safety efforts.
The Safety Star Award honors a team member who goes above and beyond to improve our safety program and protect those around them. For 2025, we’re proud to recognize Seth Harrison for this well-earned distinction. Seth leads by example, brings smart, practical ideas to the table, and shows true commitment to keeping our people safe.
