Skiles Group, a construction management firm specializing in healthcare construction, has recruited Jonathan Collins to join the firm as its Vice President, Preconstruction.
In his new role, Collins will lead the evolution of Skiles Group’s preconstruction strategy, aligning people, process, and technology to drive earlier value and better connect client goals with project execution.

Over his 25-year career, Collins has delivered projects ranging from small-scale renovations to complex billion-dollar builds. His expertise includes constructability reviews and value-driven design solutions that enhance cost efficiency, scheduling, and lifecycle outcomes.

A Texas A&M graduate with a degree in construction management, Collins is also a recognized industry leader—named to Building Design + Construction’s 40 Under 40 early in his career. He speaks regularly on the preconstruction process and contracts, stays active in TEXO and ASA communities, and volunteers with Hearts & Hammers and Bridge Builders.
