The Lean Construction Institute’s Dallas/Fort Worth Community of Practice will host Digging Deeper: From the Roots, Growing a Holistic Project Team with Lean Tools on February 20th from 4:30-6:30 at TEXO. Three Skiles Group team members — Keyan Zandy, Michael Knapp, and Buddy Brumley — will participate in an interactive panel, alongside Scott Simons from Methodist Health System and Baker Triangle’s David Ojeda, as they discuss together the WHYs and HOWs for Methodist’s truly unique partnering approach for the Methodist Richardson Medical Center’s vertical expansion project.
