Summary
The Tom Landry Fitness Center Refresh project involved two phases, the first being an extensive interior renovation to 9,463 SF of the main public space of the existing medical office building/fitness center. Areas that were renovated include the exterior canopies, atrium and lobby, restrooms, elevator cabs, and elevator lobby on the ground floor, and hallways, restrooms, and elevator lobbies on five other floors. The second phase of the project was the infill of the 2nd floor of the Landry Center to allow for future tenant build out of levels two and three. It also included the renovation of the adjacent corridors matching the building finish. Two RTUs were installed to service the newly filled second floor
