Leadership

Keyan Zandy

CEO

Keyan is responsible for driving corporate growth and guiding the company’s strategic direction while maintaining a dual focus on client service and nurturing a progressive company culture. With an emphasis on technological advancement, continuous improvement, and innovation in construction, Keyan shepherds the firm’s commitment to improving project delivery processes via Lean Construction and Lean project planning initiatives. He was named as the 2023 LCI Pioneer Award winner.

Dwayne Hodges

President

Dwayne is responsible for identifying prospective clients and new projects. He also assists in preconstruction services by making sure we provide our clients with timely information on construction cost and project durations. Dwayne stays involved with clients from the beginning until completion to ensure a successful project that achieves the owner’s objectives

Michael Blakemore

Senior Vice President

Michael plans, directs, and oversees Skiles Group’s daily operations with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and championing a culture of continuous improvement. He is responsible for Skiles Group’s services for clients and projects located throughout the country. Michael provides strategic leadership and direction for all construction services, including scheduling, feasibility planning, constructability, and construction implementation. He provides support to the firm’s team of professionals, including mentoring and fostering an environment of growth and learning.

Brent Brown

Vice President, Preconstruction

Brent oversees the preconstruction department and is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction during the preconstruction phase of our projects, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and appropriate resources are allocated, and working with Operations to establish a construction schedule and the constructability of the project.

Clay Harrison

Chairman

Clay is aligned and collaborative with the firm’s leadership team, contributing to strategic visioning, planning, and company growth. He works with internal and external stakeholders to develop, improve, and implement tactical initiatives that advance articulated corporate goals, and elevates Skiles Group’s visibility through his leadership in outside industry organizations.
